The ACCESS BI-N bottle unscrambler has two bowls with a single bottle infeed and outfeed and it can reach high production speeds.

Integrating a bottle unscrambler between the blow molder and the filler provides a bottle buffer that absorbs the stops upstream and downstream of the line, increasing the total line efficiency (OEE) by more than 15%.

By integrating high-capacity hoppers, totes (small silos), or silos, it allows the blow molder to continue operating even if the downstream line is stopped. The preforms inside the oven are not discarded but blown, and the bottles are utilized. Similarly, when the blow molder needs to be stopped for a format change or unexpected stop, the stored bottles are sent through the bottle unscrambler so that the filling line is not forced to stop. In this way, the OEE of the line increases, and the number of bottles produced does not decrease with each stop.
